What is Chex Systems?
Chex Systems is verification service and consumer credit reporting agency which provide data related to how a consumer has handled deposit accounts at banking institutions. If you are on the list, you may not qualify for a bank account. UPside does not use Chex Systems for enrollment verification.

Why am I on the Chex Systems list and how long do I stay on it?
Banks place people on the Chex Systems list because of overdrawn account activity. You may stay on the list for up to 5 years.
