18 or Older = You can get an UPside card with or without your parent co-registering with you. If your parent is your main source of income, we recommend they co-register with you.
Under 18 = You will need a parent to co-register for a card with you in order to receive a card.
Parent = Future account owner without an UPside account or Enrollment Code.
If you have an enrollment code from a pre-existing registration, please return to the homepage and select “I have an enrollment code.”
